Hello there, I felt it was time to write a new journal entry as the old one has been up there for over a year! I think I have lost touch on how to write.. Just as I have lost touch on how to take a good photograph… With all this beautiful snow on the ground it has inspired me to try my hand at some landscape type shots. Not my favourite area of photography I must say. I am in awe of anyone with a good eye who can turn a lovely view into a stunning photograph. And I know there are a few of you in our club who can do just that. Well I have had a go and I know it may not look like it but I can see a slight improvement in my efforts to date.

I do worry about my sanity! Who but me can enjoy a good raspberry blowing session with her granddaughter. And not only that but I'm the one laughing uncontroleably between turns! We've now had a good tickling session too. This has got Lacey in stiches making it far more fun for me. I'm crying with laughing............. Bum biting, growling, pouncing and chasing followed that little game and now I'm knackered. A good long walk I think.... I do love her! I am a very lucky lady...... Hello my friends, and anyone else who reads this I suppose that doesn't really know me that well. I have some brilliant news! Daniel and Sophie are expecting a baby brother or sister for little Lacey. They are dead pleased and so are we! We have no idea when the little one is due yet but Sophie is seeing the midwife at the begining of December. I am sure I will have more on that and will share any dates after that. It is lovely to have some great news to help dispel the winter blues! Speaking of grandchildren I am collecting little Lacey from nursery on Thursday this week and she is sleeping over. Sadly this means I will miss club ye
